Smart. Met - PCP for Water Smart Metering

The Smart.Met (PCP for Water Smart Metering) project is funded under the European Union Horizon 2020 programme for research and innovation. Building on the results and lessons learned from the FP7 WaterPipp project, this project aims at driving the development of new technologies to deal with smart metering data collection and management through a joint Pre-Commercial Procurement (PCP).

WaterPipp - Water Public Procurement for Innovation Policies

APE was a partner in the WaterPiPP project, funded under the 7th EU Framework Programme for Research and Innovation.

The aim of WaterPiPP was to explore new innovation procurement methodologies in the water sector in a context where the European innovation potential in the water sector is blocked by a number of bottlenecks and barriers.

EIP Action Group FinnoWater

The European Innovation Partnership on Water (EIP Water) is an initiative that aims at facilitating the development of solutions to water challenges. With this objective in mind, a series of Action Groups have been created.

The Action Group FinnoWater seeks to implement innovative financial instruments and mechanisms to support both the public and the private sector in water innovation. Thus, this Action Group intends to explore, develop and implement new approaches to increase financial flows in the water and water-related sectors, particularly by incentivising public innovation.
