Water and biodiversity are intertwined, and by restoring nature we help restoring the water cycle.

This was the main message that we took back with us from France Eau Publique's annual General Assembly in Strasbourg.

FEP, the organisation of French public water operators and a member of Aqua Publica Europea, invited us to their annual meeting that had as its main theme "Water and Biodiversity". This was a great opportunity for its members, including our members from the SDEA, SDDEA and Eau de Paris, to represent the many works they've been doing with farmers to support sustainable agricultural practices and restore the water cycle.

Aqua Publica Europea and its President Bernard Van Nuffel also had the opportunity to present to FEP's members the latest updates from the EU policy side.
