The public water operator of the Puglia region (Italy), Acquedotto Pugliese, has launched a new digital transformation by developing the “SHAPE - (Sap S / 4 Hana Aqueduct Pugliese Evolution)” project.  Thanks to "SHAPE" new digital tools, the operator will simplify its commercial activities and improve their customer services.  In the past months, all AQP staff have followed a training course to get familiar with the new software and tools at the AQP Water Academy –the training centre of Acquedotto Pugliese.
