Following the European Commission’s call for evidence in the review of current Public Procurement Directives, Aqua Publica Europea has published a position paper highlighting the public water sector's key demands.

Our proposals aim to ensure that the public water sector can continue to improve investment efficiency while contributing to EU strategic objectives – without compromising its essential public mission: providing continuous access to safe drinking water and effective sanitation services for European citizens at the most affordable price, in full compliance with European sectoral legislation.
