Belgian public water operators: raising awareness on the value of water for future generations
On 26 January the Belgian water operator SWDE and the Wallon association of water operator Aquawal celebrated the World Environmental Education Day.
To mark the World Environmental Education Day on 26 January, the Belgian water operator SWDE and the Wallon association of water operator Aquawal, relaunched their educational resources on the ‘value of water’ for primary and secondary schools in a digital format.
The operator decided to launch this online initiative to continue with their pedagogical mission, as the schools' visits to their infrastructures are suspended due to the last sanitary measures.
