The Netflix documentary “Down to the Earth” with the American actor Zac Efron and the wellness expert Darin Olien travelled to the city Paris to learn how the public water operator Eau de Paris manages and supply water to the city.  

In the episode, Efron and Olien accompanied by Célia Blauel (former President of Eau de Paris) visit the City of Paris to discover the different water initiatives that Eau de Paris offers to its citizens. 

Ms Blauel shows to Efron and Olien the public water fountains (supplying still or sparkling water) and the water treatment plants. They also visit  Eau de Paris laboratories where Ms Blauel explains the quality control system which is carried out every day to ensure a high quality of drinking water.
