EMASESA is organising a Preliminary Market Consultation for innovative solutions to tackle the impact of combined sewer overflow

EMASESA, the public water operator of Seville, Spain, is organising a Preliminary Open Market Consultation to explore innovative solutions tackling the impact of combined sewer overflow on water bodies.

This preliminary consultation is part of a Public Purchase of Innovation (PPI) process in the framework of the RIMAAS project (Reducción del Impacto en Masas de Agua por Alivios de Saneamiento), which aims to address the problem of the presence of solid waste, especially wipes, in the network, as well as its impact on the sewerage and treatment system.

The Preliminary Market Consultation will be held on 25 September, in Seville and online, with free registration required.

Through this consultation, EMASESA invites companies to present projects that include technological innovations, as well as communication and awareness campaigns fostering citizens’ collaboration.
